ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Jeff E. Forbis Foundation, a non-profit organization, was established in 2017, by Natalie N. Tran, Jeff's widow. The Foundation's goal is to support those individuals, from underrepresented and underprivileged communities, with scholarships, to pursue nursing at their community colleges.
